Why work with us
What the work is like
Real agriculture
Seed, processing, packing and distribution. The output of the work is something a farmer opens in a field.
A small, direct team
Responsibility is visible. There are few layers between a decision and its result.
A company being built
Systems and processes are still being shaped, so the people who join now help shape them.
