About CITCO

Growing With Agriculture

CITCO Seed & Agro Company is an agricultural business focused on quality seeds, responsible sourcing, professional processing and reliable distribution.

Our goal is to contribute to better agricultural productivity by connecting quality seed products with farmers, dealers and agricultural partners. The work runs from seed selection through processing and packaging at our Dinajpur centre, to the dealers who put the pack into a farmer’s hands.

Our mission

To provide dependable agricultural seed products and services that support farmers, dealers and the wider agricultural community.

Our vision

To become a trusted agricultural seed and agro company in Bangladesh, recognised for quality, reliability, innovation and responsible business practice.

More about us How we handle quality

What we stand for

Six commitments we work to

They are ordinary principles. Holding to them consistently, season after season, is what makes a seed company worth dealing with.

Quality

Seed is selected, handled and packed with care, because everything a farmer earns from a season begins with it.

Integrity

We describe our products as they are. What is on the pack is what is in the pack.

Farmer Focus

Decisions are judged by one question: does this make the season easier for the farmer using it?

Innovation

We keep learning from agricultural practice and improve our products and processes as we go.

Reliability

Dealers need supply they can plan around, and a team that answers the phone.

Sustainability

Responsible sourcing and handling, so that the land keeps producing for the next generation.
